Welcome to my Real Estate Investing Resources page.

Over the years, I’ve had many people ask me questions like:

• “Where did you get your logo designed?” (so they could build their business brand)
• “Do you use a virtual fax service, and if so, which one?” (for sending and receiving offers)
• “What software do you use to build a list of investors?” (for announcing deals, raising money, etc.)

I thought it would be helpful to create a page where I can share the websites, tools and software I’ve used to build my real estate investing business over the years. Hope you enjoy it!

Building Your Business Identity

• Brandvelope - Dennis Van Staalduinen is a branding consultant based in Ottawa.  He not only helped me come up with the focus for Spirepoint, he also thought of the name!  The service was not cheap, but it was well worth it.  If you use him, please let him know I referred you.

Legal Documents

• MegaDox - These guys provide all kinds of legal documents, from joint ventures to assignments to purchase and sale contracts.  Prices are very reasonable for what you get.  You can even preview a few pages of most documents before you buy.  Important note! No matter where you get your documents from, I ALWAYS recommend you have a lawyer review them before using.
