Details

located with a bank that offers arms-length mortgages. ( We are only
aware of two banks and they are

- Interest payments will be paid out once a year
and will coincide with the anniversary date of our 1st mortgage.
- The principal will be reimbursed when the
agreement is terminated.
- You will not incur any RRSP penalties as the
mortgage is still held within the RRSP
