Details
  • Your RRSP must be in a self-directed plan and be located with a bank that offers arms-length mortgages. ( We are only aware of two banks and they are TD Waterhouse and B2B Trust)
  • Interest payments will be paid out once a year and will coincide with the anniversary date of our 1st mortgage. 
  • The principal will be reimbursed when the agreement is terminated.
  • You will not incur any RRSP penalties as the mortgage is still held within the RRSP
